The food is one of the most important
part of the trip.  Therefore I take it very
seriously that everyone likes the food,
gets enough to eat, and that they are
balanced nutritious meals that will allow
you to be at your best, both physically
and mentally.

If I am doing the food for you I will have
you fill out the menu, what you want,
likes, dislikes and any kind of
modifications to the existing current
menu items.  If you don't see
something that you would like, please
ask - maybe I can do it.

Car camping options are much greater
than backpacking options.  After all -
you do have to carry your food!
